what is a Deformed Reinforcing Bar
Deformed Reinforcing Bar is the common name for hot rolled ribbed steel bars. Shineyond Group's deformed steel bars are high-strength construction steel products with unique surface ribs that provide superior concrete bonding properties to rebar structures. Rebar is available in diameters ranging from 6 mm to 50 mm and in a variety of strength grades (HRB400/500, ASTM A615 Gr.40/60, B500B) to meet a wide range of engineering requirements, from standard construction to seismic structures.
The special surface deformation pattern used ensures optimal load transfer between steel and concrete, while our production process guarantees excellent ductility and weldability of the rebar.
We offer a variety of corrosion protection options, including epoxy coating and galvanization, for harsh environments such as marine construction. Available in standard 6-12m lengths or custom sizes, in accordance with international standards (GB, ASTM, BS, ISO), and with full mill certification.
Other services include precision bending and project-specific technical consulting for bridges, tunnels, high-rise buildings, and infrastructure projects that require reliable reinforcement solutions. Specially formulated for use in extreme conditions, including seismic zones and coastal applications.
