what is a Wire rods?
Wire rod generally refers to small diameter round steel coils, which are the key raw materials for wire drawing and metal manufacturing. Shineyond has many kinds of wires. The low-carbon steel wire rod in the carbon steel wire rods is commonly known as soft wire, and the medium and high carbon steel wire rod is commonly known as hard wire. Wire rods are used in a wide range of applications. Some wire rod coil can be used directly after rolling, mainly used for the reinforcement of reinforced concrete and the welding of structural parts; Some are used as raw materials for post-processing, and then used after processing. It is often used in industrial wire drawing, nail making, spring and engineering construction. With tight dimensional tolerances (±0.3mm) and optional copper-plated surfaces, they provide excellent surface quality and mechanical properties for industrial applications.

Production Process
1. The billet is heated to over 1100 degrees Celsius by means of a step-heating furnace;
2. The heated billet is taken out of the furnace and descaled with high pressure water;
3. Into the roughing mill rolling, roughing mill for hot rolling unit;
4. After roughing the rolling pieces into the water-cooled section for cooling, in order to control its internal metallurgical organization;
5. After leaving the water-cooled section into the rolling mill and finishing mill for further rolling;
6. Finishing rolled pieces from the spitting machine spit out the formation of coiled;
7. Coiled wire in the air-cooled section of the cooling ahead; in the air-cooled section of the end, the wire by the set of coiler into a coil;
8. The wire is sent to the bundling machine to be bundled after being rolled into cylindrical shape;
9. Into the finished product warehouse.
